Clearance items, special orders, or custom-built appliances.
Products with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging.
Delivery and installation services are non-refundable.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Timeframe: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error such as wrong item shipped or defective product.
